Interest rates to decrease effective July 1, 2008
In response to the decrease in interest rates in the market place and to provide rates to the investors and borrowers that are competitive and fair, the Board of Directors at its May meeting authorized rate decreases of one percent (1.0%) to the investors and one and a half percent (1.5%) to the borrowers. The decrease to investors is in addition to the one half percent (.5%) decrease effective April 1, 2008.
