KEVIN L. BRADLEY – Occupation: First Vice President & Branch Manager. Mr. Bradley is employed by Janney Montgomery Scott, LLC. He served as a Youth Adviser to senior high school students at Manor Brethren in Christ Church. He also served on the steering committee of the BIC Shaping Leaders for Tomorrow campaign. Mr. Bradley attended Shippensburg University. His permanent residence is 120 Creekgate Court, Millersville, PA 17551.

WILLIAM S. DICK – Occupation: Attorney. Mr. Dick is a partner in the law firm of Dick, Stein, Schemel, Wine & Frey, LLP in Waynesboro, PA. He is a past president of the Franklin County Bar Association. He is a past board member and served as president of the Waynesboro Rotary Club, Waynesboro YMCA, Brook Lane Psychiatric Center, and Mainstreet Waynesboro, Inc. He has also served on the board of Fairview Avenue Brethren in Christ Church, Waynesboro United Way, Waynesboro Red Cross, and Union Rescue Mission. Mr. Dick received his BA in history/music from Juniata College and his JD in law from the University of Illinois and is also a Certified Financial Planner. TIMOTHY L. HERSHBERGER – Occupation: CPA. Mr. Hershberger is a principal member with Himes, Slater, & Hershberger, LLC in Kidron, OH. He is a member of Amherst Community Brethren in Christ Church and serves in various capacities in his local church. He has an Associates Degree in Applied Business in Accounting from Stark State College and a B.A. in Management from Malone College. His permanent residence is 15055 Arnold Road, Dalton, OH 44618.

ALLEN W. CARR, Sr. – Occupation: Estate and Financial Planner. Mr. Carr is an associate of Wienken & Associates in Camp Hill, PA. He is a deacon at the Harrisburg Brethren in Christ Church, treasurer of the Gospel Tide and vice-president of the Justice and Mercy (Prison Ministry). He is chairman of the Naaman Center for drug and alcohol abuse. He serves on the Associate Board of Trustees of Messiah College and also works with Messiah College, Kraybill Mennonite School and the PA Relief Sale in charitable planning. He is former treasurer of the Brethren in Christ Church and served on the Brethren in Christ Foundation board. Mr. Carr graduated from Messiah College with a B.A. in Education and received certifications as a Chartered Life Underwriter, Chartered Financial Consultant, Masters of Science in Financial Services, and Certified Family Business Advisor from American College. JAY W. (WILL) CHARLES – Occupation: Branch Manager/Registered Principal. Mr. Charles is employed at Raymond James Financial Services, Inc. in Lancaster, PA. He is treasurer of the Board of Directors of Messiah Village. He received his B.A. degree from Messiah College, MBA from the University of Western Ontario and CIMA from Wharton School of Business/IMCA. TIMOTHY W. ENGLE – Occupation: CFP® & First Vice President. Mr. Engle is the senior partner in the Engle/Snyder Group of Smith Barney. He holds a B.S. degree in Business Administration from Messiah College, an MBA from Penn State University, and received his certification from The American College as a CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™. Mr. Engle has served as a member of the Messiah College Alumni Council, the United Way, and Big Brothers/Big Sisters. He and his wife, Jenn, and three children are actively involved in the West Shore Evangelical Church in Mechanicsburg, PA. His permanent address is 4130 Lisburn Road, Mechanicsburg, PA 17055

ERIC L. MANN – Occupation: Manager, Actuarial Services. Mr. Mann is employed by Delta Dental of Pennsylvania in Mechanicsburg, PA. He is a member of the BIC Board for Stewardship Services, treasurer of the Elizabethtown Brethren in Christ Church and chairman of the BIC Ministers Pension Fund and Brotherhood Health Plan. He is also the treasurer of the Urban Discipleship Center. Mr. Mann received a B.A. in Mathematics and Computer Science and certification as a Chartered Life Underwriter and Chartered Financial Consultant. DOUG EYSTER – Occupation: CPA. Mr. Eyster is currently self-employed as an accountant in Thomas, OK. Previously, he worked for the CPA firms of Coopers & Lybrand and PriceWaterhouseCoopers. He currently serves as the treasurer of Bethany Brethren in Christ Church, and as the treasurer and board member of Infinite Grace Ministries, a non-profit organization. He graduated from Southwestern Oklahoma State University with a B.S. in accounting. His permanent residence is in Weatherford, OK. His mailing address is P.O. Box 96, Thomas, OK 73669.

JAMES A. HAIN – Occupation: Pastor and Branch Manager. He is associate pastor of the Community of Faith Brethren in Christ Church in Roanoke, VA. He began pastoring this congregation as a church plant in 1996. Pastor Hain also works as a branch manager for Norandex Distribution, Inc, a division of Saint Gobain Corporation. Pastor Hain is a graduate of Messiah College and Wesley Theological Seminary, American University in Washington D.C. His permanent residence is 2914 Lofton Road, S.W., Roanoke, VA 24018.

CLOYD E. HAVENS, II – Occupation: Attorney. Mr. Havens is self-employed as an attorney in Glendora, CA. He has been a member of the Alta Loma Brethren in Christ Church, and at times served on various church boards and committees, since 1984. He works with youth as an AWANA helper, a ministry reaching young people with the gospel and training them to serve Christ. Mr. Havens received a B.S. in Business and Management at University of Redlands and a Juris Doctor degree from Western State University. DONALD McNIVEN – Occupation: General Secretary of the Brethren in Christ Church, North America. Prior to his appointment as General Secretary, Rev. McNiven served as pastor of worship arts at Manor BIC (Lancaster, Pa.) Originally from Ontario, Canada, Rev. McNiven has served in many educational and ministry roles throughout his careeer, including the presidency of Niagara Christian Collegiate, a BIC-affiliated residential high school, and pastor of music and worship arts at The Peoples Church in Toronto. He earned his bachelors degree in music education and his masters in administration from Brock University. His permanent address is 106 Round Ridge Rd., Mechanicsburg, PA 17055-9201.
